Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Senior Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward excellent customer care. You will diagnose, repair to specifications, and mentor junior technicians while pursuing ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities; maintain ASE certifications.
