Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair, alignment, and suspension.
• Able to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
• Willing to obtain ASE certifications within 2 years; tests paid.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brake, hydraulic, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and required repairs to customers and stakeholders.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training.
• Assist and mentor technicians; lead a team to improve customer care.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years.
