• Proven success in automotive service management within a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Strong financial management including budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department.
• Develop and mentor advisors and technicians.
• Drive KPI improvements including CSI and ELR, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure process consistency and accountability across the shop.
• Manage the customer experience from write-up to delivery.
• Foster a strong, team-focused department culture.
• Forecast financial performance and manage expenses.
