Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field required.
• Experience in financial operations or compliance with collections/auto repossession.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume repossession portfolios with deadlines.
• Knowledge of state repossession laws, FDCPA, SCRA, and related regs.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of repossession cases from initiation to disposition.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and FDCPA, SCRA, Bankruptcy Code.
• Calculate and reconcile payoffs, reinstatements, and expenses; prepare notices.
• Coordinate with repossession and remarketing vendors; review invoices and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate case records in servicing systems and ensure lien perfection.
• Escalate complex cases to Repossession Manager or Legal when needed.
