Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Plano, TX to lead a small team of Relationship Managers and drive loan origination performance. The role involves credit exception governance, coaching, and direct management of dealers to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Ownership of the team’s recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of associate talent.
