Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Product Research to join the UW Strategy & Product Design - Auto Coverage & Contracts team.

You will strategize, own, maintain, and assess competitiveness and compliance of forms and contracts, with a focus on customer-centric improvements and strong cross-department collaboration. The role involves researching state requirements, driving revisions, communicating changes to stakeholders, and supporting filings with regulators.

Qualifications

• Interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts.
• Drafting contractual language a plus.
• Project management across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal auto product forms and contract initiatives with understanding of contract strategy.
• Complete competitive intelligence research for specific states.
• Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations and drive revisions with quality and customer centricity.
• Communicate changes to impacted stakeholders and monitor regulatory filings.
• Research inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts and provide recommendations.
• Monitor state activity and propose impacts to existing products; contribute to filings approvals.
• Identify and lead process improvements and promote cross-department collaboration.
• Collaborate to design and develop language for new products and updates.
