Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst in Product Research within the UW Strategy & Product Design team for Auto Coverage & Contracts (ACC). You will strategize, own, and assess competitiveness and compliance of forms and contracts, collaborating across departments to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes interpretation of policy contracts, drafting language, and cross-functional collaboration to influence filings and product updates. In-office flexibility may apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts.
• Experience drafting contractual language is a plus.
• Project management experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal auto product forms and contract initiatives with an understanding of contract strategy.
• Complete competitive intelligence research for specific states.
• Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Research inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts and provide recommendations.
• Monitor state activity and seek regulatory filing approvals from authorities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• Design and develop language for new products and updates in collaboration with other teams.
• Own onboarding activities and complete projects meeting all target metrics after one year.
