BCG Attorney Search in New York seeks an experienced Auto Personal Injury Attorney to manage a high-volume plaintiff practice focusing on complex auto accident cases from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate will lead depositions, motion practice, trials, and negotiations, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring meticulous case management. NY admission and 5+ years of PI experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• New York admission to practice.
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex automobile and motor vehicle personal injury matters from inception through settlement, verdict, or trial.
• Handle depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop and execute case strategies designed to maximize client recovery.
• Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and medical evidence.
• Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Ensure cases are properly managed, deadlines are met, and files remain current.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, firm growth, and overall case-management strategy.
