Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years in personal injury litigation. You will handle complex cases, lead depositions and court appearances, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong NY bar, excellent advocacy, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while advancing high-stakes claims.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Admission to practice in New York is required.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution/verdict.
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to firm operations, growth, initiatives, and departmental leadership.
