Qualifications

• Minimum age: must be at least 18 years old.

• Full-time schedule with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications: ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive advice and friendly, professional service.
• Lead and support teammates to maintain a productive store.
• Recommend products to meet sales goals and improve metrics.
• Restock and organize inventory; ensure accurate cash handling.
• Follow safety policies and PPE guidelines in daily tasks.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with basic installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and propose solutions.
