Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old to apply.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Prior automotive retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, organize the floor, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and installations, and assist with basic installations.
• Support diagnostics processes by reading codes and suggesting solutions.
