Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
