Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate in the United States to deliver WOW! customer service and help customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will support daily store operations and contribute to sales growth. Key duties include assisting customers, stocking inventory, installing wiper blades and batteries, using diagnostic tools, and upholding safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have basic automotive knowledge and be able to assist customers with parts and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice to ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and improve store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
