You will assist customers with installations, use diagnostic tools, and uphold safety and operational standards while supporting store goals and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with trustworthy automotive advice and clear communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and hit sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions, and assist customers with installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
