Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer assistance & communication – engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & teamwork – collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Sales & metrics mindedness – recommend products and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Inventory management & store operations – restock merchandise and maintain organization while following cash handling procedures.
