Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve store goals.
• Promote products and promotions to increase sales.
• Manage inventory and store operations including cash handling.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE when required.
• Assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and advise solutions.
