AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As Senior Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering WOW!

Customer Service by exceeding expectations. You’ll engage customers, share automotive knowledge, assist with installations, and help manage inventory and store operations while contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and help them find the right parts.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep inventory organized, and follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist customers with installations (e.g., wiper blades, batteries, bulbs) and use diagnostic tools as needed.
