Audi Palo Alto is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the high-volume, luxury parts operation in Silicon Valley. You will own inventory, profitability, wholesale growth, and the development of a skilled parts team across service and wholesale channels.

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong command of parts department financials: gross profit, fill rate, and inventory turn.
• Wholesale parts experience is a plus in a Silicon Valley market.
• Deep familiarity with OEM parts systems (ETKA or equivalent).
• Proven ability to develop and lead a parts team.
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Clear communicator who collaborates with service managers, advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitability by owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control.
• Develop and manage wholesale parts with independent shops, body shops, and fleet accounts in Silicon Valley.
• Build and lead a capable parts team with accurate processes at the counter and in the warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective action when targets drift.
• Manage OEM parts programs, warranty parts processes, and return procedures with compliance.
• Maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships for parts availability and program participation.
• Partner with service management to align parts supply with service demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization.

The Parts Manager is the person who keeps that operation stocked, accurate, and profitable -- and who builds the team and the process to sustain it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all parts department operations -- managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support a high-performing service and wholesale operation
• Drive parts department profitability -- owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control
• Develop and manage the wholesale parts business -- building and maintaining relationships with independent repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts across the Silicon Valley market
• Develop and hold accountable a parts team -- building capability, accuracy, and a culture of consistent execution at the counter and in the warehouse
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action proactively when results drift from target
• Manage Audi OEM parts programs, warranty parts processes, and manufacturer return procedures with full compliance
• Build and maintain strong vendor and OEM relationships -- ensuring parts availability and program participation are optimized
• Partner with service management to align parts supply with service demand -- minimizing delays and keeping technicians productive
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of parts manager experience in a franchised dealership -- Audi, European, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred
• Strong command of parts department financials -- fill rate, gross profit, inventory turn, and obsolescence management
• Wholesale parts experience a significant plus -- Silicon Valley's density of independent shops and body shops creates a genuine wholesale opportunity
• Deep familiarity with OEM parts systems -- ETKA or equivalent Audi/VW Group parts platform experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and lead a parts team
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Comfortable with DMS platforms -- Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Clear communicator who works effectively with service managers, advisors, technicians, and wholesale accounts
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
