Job summary

Replacement Parts, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Auto Parts Counter Sales III to deliver friendly, over-the-counter sales and handle in-person and phone orders. You will mentor junior staff, assist drivers, and support store operations with accurate pricing, discounts, and end-of-day reporting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills essential.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and lead when needed.
• Familiarity with store systems and cash handling procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, over-the-counter sales to customers, take in-person and phone orders.
• Mentor and train junior staff and delivery drivers as needed.
• Process cash and credit transactions and manage pricing and discounts.
• Open/close store and assist with end-of-day reporting as assigned.
