Replacement Parts, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Counter Sales Level 2 to provide friendly, in-person and phone sales, recommend parts, and support store operations. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, accurate transactions, and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 3–4 years of auto parts experience (or 5+ years hobbyist background) and a valid Missouri driver's license. Knowledge of store systems and basic MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Three to four years of professional automotive parts experience preferred.
• Five+ years hobbyist automotive parts experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license (Missouri locations) and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, respectful customer service in person and by phone.
• Recommend parts to meet customer needs and explain options.
• Operate store systems and processes accurately.
• Mentor junior counter sales and/or delivery drivers when needed.
• Pull parts for orders, locate stock, and manage inventory.
• Handle cash and credit transactions and invoice customers.
• Assist with end-of-day processing and store upkeep.
