Job summary

Chubb in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Auto, General & Liability (AGL) Senior Claim Representative to handle and settle AGL claims with general supervision. You will review claims, interview insureds and witnesses, and manage reserves within authority while coordinating with the Claims Team Leader.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of AGL claims experience, state adjuster licensure, and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to deliver prompt, equitable outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of auto and general liability claims handling.
• Experience in a TPA environment strongly preferred.
• Current state adjuster license required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and review claim and policy information to support investigation.
• Interview insureds, claimants and witnesses to gather information.
• Evaluate liability and reserve within authority; determine company obligation.
• Manage litigated files and coordinate with defense counsel; obtain settlements.
