Safelite is seeking experienced Auto Glass Technicians to join our team in Pembroke Park, FL. The role includes repair and replacement of vehicle glass, calibration of safety systems, and using Safelite tools in a shop or mobile setting.

Technician level placement will depend on experience and certifications, with opportunities for coaching and leadership as Senior or Master Technician. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• 2+ years of auto glass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with safety and quality as priorities.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and manage customer interactions, including promotions.
• Mentor technicians and share best practices where applicable.
