Job summary

Hunt Glass is seeking an experienced auto glass replacement technician to install windshields and related glass safely and professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, clear communication, and courteous service in a mobile setting across Utah counties.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of auto glass installation experience, a valid license, and a strong customer-service mindset. ADAS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional auto glass installation experience.
• Ability to replace windshields independently and safely.
• Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Replace windshields.
• Replace door glass, back glass, and quarter glass.
• Perform removals and installations per industry procedures.
• Follow urethane and Safe Drive-Away Time requirements.
• Protect customer vehicles and property during each job.
• Inspect completed work and document it.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Complete accurate job documentation and photos.
• Collect payment when required.
• Maintain clean, professional equipment and work areas.
• Coordinate with office staff as issues arise.
• Identify legitimate opportunities for additional auto glass work.
