Hunt Glass - Northern Utah is hiring Windshield Repair Sales Technicians to operate daytime repair stations at high-traffic locations throughout Northern Utah. No windshield repair experience is required; we provide equipment and training, and you’ll focus on friendly, customer-first service.

Windshield Repair Sales Technician

Hunt Glass - Northern Utah

Pay: $15–$25 per hour + Paid Downtime + Commission Paid weekly

Hunt Glass is hiring Windshield Repair Sales Technicians to operate daytime windshield-repair stations at high-traffic locations throughout Northern Utah. This is a good fit for someone who is friendly, confident with customers, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. No windshield repair experience is required. We provide equipment and training.

What You'll Do

• Operate a windshield-repair station
• Approach and assist potential customers
• Identify genuine windshield damage
• Explain repair options
• Perform rock chip and long-crack repairs
• Identify windshield replacement opportunities
• Help schedule additional auto glass services
• Keep your station clean and professional

Paid Downtime

Some parts of the day may be slower than others. You are still paid while remaining at your assigned location and available for customers. During appropriate downtime, you may generally study, read, complete online schoolwork, use a laptop, or work on appropriate personal projects as long as you: Remain at your stationMaintain a professional environmentStay attentiveAre immediately available when customers need helpThis can make the position especially attractive for online students and independent workers.

Your job is to identify genuine needs, explain the customer's options clearly, and help them make the right decision.
