Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional auto glass installation experience.
- Ability to replace windshields independently.
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong knowledge of proper auto glass installation procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Detail-oriented and honest.
Responsibilities
- Replace windshields, door glass, back glass, and quarter glass.
- Perform removals and installations according to proper procedures.
- Follow urethane and Safe Drive-Away Time requirements.
- Protect customer vehicles and property during each job.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with customers.
