Job summary

Warrior Insurance Network is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to strengthen the Property & Casualty compliance program, focusing on auto and general liability. You will monitor federal and state regulations, interpret their impact, and guide cross-functional teams in implementing compliant processes.

The role requires extensive regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in insurance regulatory compliance, preferably in Personal Auto, Commercial Auto or General Liability.
• Substantial working knowledge of personal auto and commercial auto insurance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in state and federal P&C insurance regulations and translate requirements for business and operations teams.
• Track proposed bills and enforcement trends impacting underwriting, policy forms, claims handling, billing, and advertising.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls for auto and general liability.
• Act as a trusted compliance advisor across the organization to promote awareness of regulatory requirements and audit findings.
• Develop and update Legal/Compliance guidelines to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform regulatory compliance risk-based focused reviews and prepare clear reports with findings and remediation actions.
• Assist with maintaining compliance calendars and regulatory approvals documentation.
• Participate in organization-wide projects related to product or process changes and regulatory compliance.
