Job summary

Audi West Houston, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee F&I activities and maximize dealership revenue. You will present financing options, structure profitable deals, and drive product penetration with lenders and customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive F&I management, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. This is a full-time role with benefits in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive finance and insurance (F&I) management experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance laws, contracts, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment tests.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers clearly.
• Structure deals for profitability while complying with regulations.
• Sell finance and insurance products and add-ons to increase PVR.
• Secure financing through lender partners and secure timely funding.
• Maintain high closing ratios and detailed paperwork accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
