Job summary

Arbella is seeking an experienced auto damage appraisal professional to perform in-field and drive-in vehicle evaluations, and to prepare total loss estimates.

You will mentor newer appraisers, coordinate with repair facilities, and ensure timely, accurate estimates while maintaining high customer service standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a 5+ year track record in auto damage estimating.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Inspect 1st/3rd party vehicles for collision/comprehensive damage with accuracy.
• Negotiate appraisals with repair facilities to obtain agreed costs.
• Prepare timely estimates with photo/video documentation of damage.
• Mentor new appraisers and provide on-site guidance to staff.
