Responsibilities

• Communicates with vehicle owners to promptly schedule physical inspections of damaged vehicle.
• Completes physical inspections of damaged property, evaluates damages and prepares written estimates per policy guidelines; audits subrogation documentation.
• Communicates information to involved parties, negotiates and settles claims within authority; maintains relationships with body shops and vendors.
