High Definition Vehicle Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Physical Damage Adjuster to guide complex trucking claims and provide expert guidance to internal teams.

You will evaluate auto physical damage, cargo losses, and total-loss scenarios with access to telematics and external data sources. You’ll collaborate with Claims leadership, manage high-severity files, and mentor junior adjusters while upholding regulatory compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto physical damage claims experience with trucking exposure.
• Active Adjuster’s License and ability to obtain required state licenses.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial auto physical damage and motor truck cargo coverage.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex auto physical damage and cargo claims from start to finish.
• Utilize telematics, dash-camera footage, GPS/ELD data, photos, reports to support decisions.
• Develop claim action plans and coordinate external resources.
• Mentor less-experienced adjusters and support leadership with complex file reviews.
