Crash Champions is hiring a skilled collision repair technician in the United States. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and work with teammates to keep projects on schedule while delivering high‑quality results.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to repair standards, and sound decisions on repair vs. replacement. You may lead apprentices and participate in required safety meetings as part of a collaborative shop environment.

Formación

• Ability to use frame machine effectively and safely.
• ICAR welding certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and direct apprentices.

Responsabilidades

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process efficiently.
• Communicates repair status with teammates and customers when needed.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access damaged areas.
• Participates in required safety meetings and trainings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with power/tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice and explains procedures.
