Gerber Collision & Glass in Sebastian, FL is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to deliver top-tier vehicle repairs while ensuring a superior customer experience. You will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, collaborating with teammates to uphold speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent and/or a technical program or apprenticeship, with proficiency in using body-repair tools and reading job orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers in a shop.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Repair dents, body damage, and replace parts as needed.
• Realign chassis/frames and repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
