Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in the United States, Florida. The role focuses on meticulous assessment, repair, and reassembly of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition with speed and quality.

You will work with other shop professionals to meet KPI targets and customer expectations. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a technical auto body program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with attention to quality.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles per factory specs.
