Conicelli Auto Body is hiring a Body Shop A Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with safety and craftsmanship at the forefront. You will lead complex repairs, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality finishes through every stage from disassembly to reassembly.

The role emphasizes collaboration with estimators and service advisors to communicate progress and identify additional needs while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Possesses a high school diploma or GED and completes vocational training or an apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Holds a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a lead or A-level technician in a busy body shop environment.
• Demonstrates a track record of successfully completing complex collision repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive collision repair and auto body repair on heavily damaged vehicles.
• Uses specialized equipment for precise frame straightening and ensures structural integrity.
• Executes welding and panel replacement to restore vehicle body components.
