Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for liability claims adjudication.
• Provides technical direction on examiner reports and maintains diaries on complex/high-exposure claims.
• Reviews reserves and budgets, ensures compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
• Mentors teammates, conducts performance discussions, and supports client relationship management.
