Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead to supervise multiple examiner teams handling liability claims for clients. The role focuses on workload monitoring, training, and providing technical direction on adjudication, with emphasis on quality reviews and client communication.

Ideal candidates will have extensive claims experience, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of claims management processes across product lines.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licenses as required; professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and maintains a diary on claims including complex cases.
• Provides technical and jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports and takes appropriate action.
• Performs quality review on claims to meet audit and quality standards.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates claims status with clients.
