Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami is seeking a Senior Auditor to join our on-site Audit & Assurance team. The role focuses on system implementation monitoring, pre- and post-implementation reviews, and interfacing with executives.

The position requires experience with IT controls, SOX compliance, and cross-functional audits. You will engage in shipboard and shoreside audits, assist with special projects, and prepare materials for Executives, the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, IS or related; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years related experience with system implementations; Big 4 preferred.
• CISA or similar certifications preferred.
• Passport required for unlimited travel into/out of the U.S.; ability to travel up to 10%.
• SOX/ICFR knowledge and experience in internal controls design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant system implementation projects from planning to execution with stakeholders involved.
• Ensure compliance with SOX/ICFR through control documentation and testing programs.
• Coordinate testing strategy with external auditors and IT compliance.
• Oversee SDLC controls testing and report adequacy of ICFR efforts to management.
• Conduct or supervise shipboard/shore audits and special projects as needed.
