Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Auditor to lead system implementations and assist with ICFR/SOX compliance. You will interact with executives and manage pre-/post-implementation reviews, testing, and risk assessment across shipboard and shoreside operations.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and 4+ years in system implementations, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with system implementations; Big 4 preferred.
• CISA or similar certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant system implementation projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure SOX/ICFR compliance through control documentation and testing.
• Assess impact of new systems on control environment and design changes.
• Coordinate testing strategy with external auditors and IT compliance.
• Oversee SDLC controls testing and report adequacy to management.
• Perform shipboard/shore-side audits and special projects as required.
