Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 3+ years of progressive audit experience for Senior Auditor; 5+ years for Principal Auditor.
• Professional certifications such as CIA or CPA or other relevant designation required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts risk analyses to define project objectives, scope, and methodologies.
• Identifies data, information, and evidence to achieve project objectives across university systems.
• Analyzes controls, non-compliance, and opportunities for improvement; develops remediation actions.
• Drafts and reviews reports to clearly convey findings to management and clients.
• Manages fieldwork planning, coordination, and milestone tracking; communicates status and issues.
• Provides advisory support to university management and coordinates ad hoc audit projects.
• Contributes to department initiatives and enhances audit tools and processes.
