North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Senior Auditor and Functional Leader for the Revenue Optimization team. You will provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and coaching to auditors in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include performing complex audits on coding, billing, documentation, and revenue integrity; analyzing data and trends; and supporting onboarding and training to advance team capabilities. CPMA or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Requires CPC/CCS plus CPMA or equivalent; 5+ years medical coding/auditing.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
