Capital One is seeking a Senior Auditor for the Retail Bank Audit team, a hybrid role based in McLean, VA. The role conducts internal audits across digital banking, branch operations, contact center, and small business banking, delivering risk assessments and value-added recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of auditing/accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess risk of business activities, potential exposures, and materiality of loss; design and perform audit procedures to verify effectiveness.
• Design and execute internal control testing for moderately complex operations. Perform and often plan moderate difficulty audit tasks, demonstrating appropriate expertise.
• Utilize data and analytical tools during all phases of audit delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong client relations during engagements.
• Begin communicating audit results to management through written reports and oral presentations.
