PNM Resources, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM or Alvin, TX is seeking an Auditor (Level I / Senior) to lead diverse audits across the organization. You will evaluate internal controls, regulatory compliance, and risk management while partnering with management to implement improvements.

A successful credit background check is required; strong preference for CIP/O&P and SOX/NERC experience. Candidates should demonstrate project management, analytics, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Four or more years of auditing, accounting, finance or compliance experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead financial, operational, compliance, regulatory, IT, and investigative audits.
• Manage audit engagements from planning to reporting and follow-up.
• Develop audit programs and testing methodologies.
• Evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management.
