Job summary

LeoForce in Melville, NY is seeking a Senior Auditor with 3–5 years of audit experience to lead client engagements from planning through completion. The role requires a strong GAAP/GAAS foundation and the ability to coordinate multiple engagements and client relationships independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of audit experience.
• CPA or active CPA candidate.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Solid knowledge of GAAS.
• Experience taking meaningful responsibility for audit engagements.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-charge auditor for engagements of varying size and complexity
• Plan and coordinate all phases of assigned audit engagements
• Drive engagements toward complete and timely wrap-up
• Prepare and/or review financial statements
• Maintain thorough and accurate audit documentation
• Manage multiple engagements with competing priorities and deadlines
• Communicate directly with client personnel throughout engagements
• Participate in and present during client meetings
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards throughout all engagements
