Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Audit Manager in public accounting to oversee audits from planning to reporting, guiding engagement teams and delivering high-quality financial statements. You will coach staff, develop new business, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and professional standards while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years’ experience in preparation of reviewed/compiled financial statements.
• Experience coaching and training entry-level accounting professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and develop new business.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savviness.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements across multiple industries.
• Review and audit business transaction cycles (treasury, cash, capex, other income/expenses).
• Plan engagement objectives and audit strategy per professional standards.
• Assess client retention and fee structures; input on scope.
• Present financial statements and audit results to client oversight.
• Visit client sites for audits and inquiries as needed.
• Respond to client calls and emails promptly with solutions.
• Produce timely, high-quality service and statements.
• Research audit issues and review financial information in software.
• Review prior year statements and client data to understand business.
