Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• CPA or CMA designation desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial controls.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present data to non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High integrity and dependability with a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions including A/P, A/R, and payroll.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits with necessary documentation.
• Use accounting software and ERP to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal financial controls and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial laws and regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning, fraud prevention, and budget development.
