RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to lead audits, reviews, and compilation engagements for our CPA firm client. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, client-focused, and possesses solid public accounting experience.

You will plan and execute engagements, mentor staff, ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong client service abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute audit/review/compilation engagements from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely delivery of services.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry developments and regulations.
