Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit orgs.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area.
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan audit and review engagements.
• Apply GAAP/GAAS to resolve accounting issues.
• Coordinate services across client groups to deliver client experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
