Job summary

Distinct | North America in Warrington, PA is recruiting for a CPA firm with 40 people and 5 partners. They offer 35-hour weeks most of the year, with 55-60 during busy season, and hybrid work arrangements.

You'll handle audits for nonprofits, family businesses, manufacturers and service firms, with potential for Manager-level progression. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses, and a culture that values work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience, including nonprofit clients.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Form 990s, particularly 990PF, would be useful.
