HM&M, a Springline company, invites a Senior Auditor to join our Audit team. You’ll lead tailored fieldwork, mentor junior staff, and help deliver high‑quality solutions to clients across industries, while building strong client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed CPA in good standing or actively pursuing CPA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead audit fieldwork for assigned areas and act as in‑charge on portions of the engagement.
• Identify and communicate risk areas within assigned sections and perform related testing and review as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Assign tasks to audit associates, supervise their progress, and support them in completing assigned work.
• Communicate observations and assist in developing recommendations that support client success within assigned areas.
• Support engagement progress by completing audit tasks efficiently and escalating issues to minimize direct partner or manager intervention.
• Participate in professional development sessions to stay current on industry trends and standards.
• Apply the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and relevant industry regulations to uphold integrity and excellence in audit engagements.
• Utilize and understand the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP, OCBOA, and financial statements presentations.
