Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed CPA or actively pursuing CPA exam preferred.
• 18–24 months public accounting or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborative, fast-paced, precise with deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client advisory ability.
• Proficient with relevant audit software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized audit, compilation and review plans.
• Perform substantive procedures and evaluate internal controls.
• Document findings and prepare clear reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage deadlines and workload to deliver high-quality audits.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Contribute to advancement of audit methodologies and tools.
• Apply AICPA Code and industry regulations to engagements.
• Demonstrate GAAP, OCBOA knowledge in financial statements.
